Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

*Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. *The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
*The ability to utilize a smart phone for our mobile platform - Skimmer Pro.
*The ability to clean assigned swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment. *The ability to skim debris from the water's surface, empty skimmer baskets, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor.
*The ability to check and balance chemicals in the pool to maintain proper pH levels.
*The ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning pump baskets.
* The ability to inspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office or supervisor.
