Gonna give the flowers (and myself) a break from the heat index this week. I have one preorder arrangement for tomorrow, but wonā€™t be putting any porch pickups out with the heat. Shoot me a text or message if you want to preorder for the weekend! šŸ’•šŸ’šŸŖæ

Thereā€™s just something about receiving flowers at work that makes them that much more special. This week I delivered some flowers to my adopted Indiana mom (Iā€™m a transplant if you didnā€™t know) who has been dealing with some health things - and five beautiful arrangements went to the OB/Gyn unit third shift at Deaconess bright and early this morning (one going to a sweet Celestine girlšŸ’•). When the man who puts up with my shenanigans like flowers, a Publix obsession, and 20 foot Santas makes a nomination - you get up at 330am and make it happen! šŸ¤£ Letā€™s see if we canā€™t do it again next week!

Donā€™t forget to get your nominations in for this weekā€™s flower deliveries! Four arrangements to a business/office/department and one (probably two) to individuals. From here on out itā€™s week to week on the garden, so letā€™s make them count!!

Itā€™s a jungle, a mess of weeds and dead sunflowers right nowā€¦but itā€™s a colorful jungle! Hoping the flowers hang on a little longer, but already have seeds waiting in my online cart for next year. Porch pickups available!

As someone told me today, sometimes ā€œlife is just life-ing.ā€ ā¤ļø

Some days are simply harder than others. So grow the flowers. Dress your porch geese. And when you can, find a way to make someone elseā€™s day a little brighter.

Today, I had the privilege of sending four bouquets to Versteel in remembrance of a coworker and friend. Another went to a hardworking momma, nominated by her sweet daughter. And one more went from a friend to a friend who simply needed to feel seen, loved, and thought of.

And I think thatā€™s exactly what I hoped these flowers could do. šŸŒø

So while life keeps ā€œlife-ing,ā€ letā€™s keep finding little ways to make it a bit brighter for each other.

Keep sending your nominations to my messages. Weā€™ll do this every week until the garden says weā€™re done. šŸ’

Grow the flowers. Share the joy. ā¤ļø

I canā€™t think of a better way to chase away the rainy morning. I left the light on for yallā€¦porch pickups, cash or Venmo, until sold out (that doesnā€™t happen often).
