Well if you know me for any length of time, you may have heard of this project I am working on.
Its a building in random lake that was constructed around 1898, and added onto in 1909. It was once a saloon and brothel upstairs which is currently an apartment. This building has had many renovations in its time and many structural failures. We are systematically removing them and replacing the floor system to be flat and twice as strong. Making old new again. This project is a once in a career opportunity that few get to endure.

Hey Cedarburg, go check out the new gym in the neighborhood! C3 Interiors handy work is fully on display inside and out! This space originally started as tri-par liquor and lawn and garden center during the 80s. It then transformed into Ace Hardware store through the 2000’s. Then early after they built in Grafton it became sherwin Williams paint and has been vacant since their departure sometime around 2008.
Good luck to the new owners as this location behind hefners has become a healthy lifestyle district.

Not your everyday project but, made 12 custom high top tables, steel frame with butcher block tops for the rink. Laser engraving done by west bend laser engraving . Coach got a look at them when we dropped them off, he was blown away

Sadly very accurate. Whether you choose me or any contractor vet them well there are many undesirable people doing work out there.
