REX Concrete

A remarkable moment for our local concrete community.

The Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local 538, honored Roger Hamilton with his 70‑year plaque — celebrating seven decades of craftsmanship, union brotherhood, and dedication to the trade.

Roger’s lifelong commitment to concrete is more than a career — it’s the spark that inspired his son, Rex Hamilton, to pursue the trade and eventually build what is now Rex Concrete. His passion shaped the path that led to our company’s beginning, and his influence continues to be felt in the work we do today.

We’re proud to celebrate not only his legacy in the union, but his legacy in our family and our business.

We’re honored to call him Dad, Grandpa, and Great‑Grandpa.

Congratulations, Roger, on an extraordinary milestone and a lifetime of impact.

What an awesome week in Las Vegas at CONEXPO‑CON/AGG (last month!)
Another outstanding year of learning, connecting, and seeing where our industry is headed. A huge thank‑you to our president for continually pushing education and growth—it makes all the difference. We’re grateful to be part of such an important industry, and we truly believe construction and the trades are one of the best career paths for today’s youth—especially as the skills gap grows and AI reshapes the workforce. Proud of our team and excited for what’s ahead.
