We’ve been working on a cool garage expansion project the last few weeks.
This home went from a 12’ wide x 20’ deep single stall attached garage to an oversized 2-stall quickly. The new overall size is roughly 24’ wide x 36’ deep. We built around the existing garage on this one to preserve some of the finished kitchen space that remains in the back. We replaced the whole roof with a GAF class 4 as well. All new siding and soffits are coming up next! Stay tuned for finished pics!
