Cedar Rapids Construction & Remodeling

Parade Home project wrap up party tonight.

Thanks to Chris and Jon for allowing us to have a quick subcontractor and employee party at the job site.

Cleaned up and only a few little things to get “done enough” for the Parade to start tomorrow.

This remodel is a beautiful and very tasteful kitchen oasis.

6 of us entered the annual Greater Cedar Rapids housing and building association trap shooting event last night.

Drake took 2nd place for the night.

Lots of prizes, food and fun.

The first photo is the AI image sent to us back in March regarding a fireplace replacement project the customer asked us to take on for them.

The second photo is the actual photo from the project at our finished status today.

Homeowner is doing their own interior painting.

It may just look like a fireplace to most. But this is a statement they wanted for their living space to be exactly how they needed it for the rest of the interior finishes.

Hours on the job by our crew, not including myself, Colony HVAC or site visits to chat about details and next steps: 139.1

Demo, framing, tile prep, drywall, carpentry work, finish painting, caulking, installing dust barriers, floor protection, cleanup, etc. It's what it takes.
