Job Summary-

•We are seeking an experienced Concrete & Excavation Supervisor to lead a 5–8 person crew. •The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both concrete construction and excavation operations, along with proven leadership skills to safely and efficiently manage projects from start to finish.

•RESPONSIBILITIES-

•Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a 5–8 person crew.

•Oversee excavation, grading, site preparation, and utility work.

•Manage concrete projects including footings, foundations, flatwork, and paving.

•Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.

•Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

•Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and inspections.

•Perform quality control and maintain project documentation.

•Train and mentor crew members.
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

•QUALIFICATIONS-

•5+ years of experience in concrete construction and excavation.

•Previous supervisory or foreman experience.

•Ability to operate and supervise operation of excavators, skid loaders, and other heavy equipment.

•Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and concrete placement/finishing.

•Ability to read blueprints and understand site layout.

•Strong communication and leadership skills.

•Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not
