Hi from Cedar Falls.

This roof I started bidding in May. Took three months to get insurance approved but we have Krishna taken care off. Roof is being completed this morning.

I gave this family a free upgrade from Class 3 to Class 4 Impact resistance shingles in partnership with my supplier.

Tomorrow we should have the siding repair on 10sq all finished with new fascia. New gutters and downspouts arrive next week.

As me how to get your free upgrade!

One of our favorite weekends is heading to Algona for a 2hr parade full of bands from all over northern west Iowa. This year our niece was junior high band leader of Algona. She did great!

SNOW IS COMING whether we like it or not. Let me be your guy.

I got the winter covered for you if you need it. I have two options. We have a per plow or we have a seasonal contract that IMO is best for both. You can click the link to head to the website or message me here to get a quote.

Seasonal contracts get first priority during snow.

If you know of someone who might like this opportunity, please let them know.

Save $8000? How do you save THAT MUCH on windows? 🪟

We can help you with that.

Got some glass looking for a little boost but you don’t want to replace an entirely good window frame?? You got a broken window?

Today I went to glass school with my window guru Brian. He’s been doing windows for 40yrs and teaching me all about windows and how to just do glass replacements.

What would have been a $12,000 window replacement costed 3,900. Why do the extensive replacement when we can just swap glass.

Give me a call and let me save you some of your hard earned money 💰

This garage rehab turned out nicely.

Added a new side door. Removed a window in back. Lumberjacked around the garage. Found tree limbs growing in the garage through rotten wood. Removed old siding. Removed existing gutters and downspouts. All new roof, vinyl siding, and seamless gutters. Plus free tree removal so I can could actually do some work.

It doesn’t have to be a large job for someone to care. This was great. The homeowner was fantastic.

Next week I replace some glass vs an entire window. I think I have 6 windows glasses to replace vs replacing the entire window itself. Learning glaze from an old window friend who retired.

I was 18 on 9/11. I remember sitting in journalism watching the news about Tower 1 getting hit and then watching the plane hit tower 2. Almost every year I try to watch a documentary on 9/11. This morning I watched again and still feel anger and sorrow.

Live each day as if it’s our last. Love those around and be thankful for everything.

Please take care of your animals. This evening I was attacked by a dog of the home we were working on. If I do not see the dog slip out behind the homeowner my face is more than likely in trouble tonight. I blocked and moved enough he latched on to my arm vs my face. A 120 lb dog with an aggressive behavior is dangerous to almost anyone. Thank god I wasnt a kid. That kid would have never survived

Current mood is man I need to get checked out but if I file a claim against the homeowner I’m that guy hurting what I’m trying to create. But safety for me and stop this from happening to someone Else also seems important. This dog has been sketchy from day 1 I ever stepped foot in the yard.

Well this is a first for me. We are covering up two skylights on a home. The homeowner send me a picture. Apparently I bought the lone plywood/osb that had the idea of being a Big Dipper pattern. Embarrassing.

I would never purposely do something of this magnitude. I’m on my way to get it swapped though. Wild!
