Same house as the last post, termites got into all the framing for the floors so I had to sister up some of the floor joist that were left and put some new framing in on the one side, the bedroom floor was about to fall I to the basement so I redevelop the floor and put in the new 2x8 and a new rim board and its as good as new now, we do all kinds of remodel and all kind of repairs as well as new construction, if you are looking to get some work done and would like a bid feel free to shoot me a text message and we can get you into our schedule, thanks in advance

Grind never stops, new subfloor gling down, dont mind the little bit of mess, im working around a bunch of stuff and the customer has a few projects going on at once

Just a little side project I was working on today while im waiting for the electrician to finish up the inside wiring so we can move forward with drywall, ran out of daylight and will have to finish it up in the morning but i have one more windows and a few other pieces to switch out before we power wash the whole house and then paint it, before paint it looks like a old beat up house but after paint it will look really nice for it being old slate siding, I had to strip all the old broken pieces and throw up some plywood to shim put the wall so I didnt have any humps on the siding but so far it is coming along really nice, tomorrow I will post some more pictures in the day light and post a finished photo before the painting process, if anyone has an old house that has broken old slate siding or even wood or aluminum siding that is really showing its age then go ahead and shoot us a message and I can come give you an estimate for repairing and painting your house to make it look alot more presentable.... it really saves on the pocket book if you don't have the funds to strip the entire house and put on modern vinyl siding, I do quality affordable work 👌 & the customer wanted the pieces stacked just how they are, I tried to tell them that the pieces needed to be staggered but the customer is always right!!!
