The Basics:
Paramount Projects L.L.C. The objective of Paramount Projects is to supply all services through one provider. A new home involves several different trades and companies to build, from the people that pour the slab to the company that cleans the home at completion. With so many different entities involved, the project can become a grand task of choreography; scheduling tasks at certain

time in hopes of not hindering someone else. This is typically why a Builder is involved. Their job is to manage all tasks and ensure they are completed in an efficient, affordable order; any mistakes could be costly. Paramount Projects places all these skills in one entity. When you call us, you're calling the carpenters, the electricians, the plumbers, the painters, etc. The benefit is if you need to move a wall but there is a plumbing line and fixture there, you would not have to call a plumber, painter, carpenter, and electrician. Whereas this choreographed procedure could be done in a matter of hours, to get all four entities our to complete the project could take days if not weeks. This saves time and money for both the homeowner, the builder, and the contractors themselves.
