I’m a little tardy in posting this… On 💥July 4th💥 the Wells Branch community leveled up with a state of the art, truly touchless carwash. The community was treated to free BQ, Carwashes and Good Vibes💃🕺 What was an eyesore for the community is now an asset. As soon as you roll up, you’ll feel the WELCOME vibe of this premiere carwash. The transformation in curb appeal is unreal! I appreciate Freddie's Car Wash trusting Acute Drone Services to capture it. No matter what you’re roll’n, lifted truck🛻 and RV🚐 notwithstanding, Freddie's Car Wash can accommodate it. Check out Freddie’s website in the comments.

B. Moore Construction Continues to raise the bar with this complete fire 🔥 demo and rebuild. 🔨🧱 The entire structure had to be taken down to slab and rebuilt from ground up.

From Dirt to Delight⭐️⭐️
Lakeline Park Phase-1 Development Jan. 2022 - Mar. 2023. I pulled these photos from an old project archive from back when I was flying SWPPP inspections for the Phase-1 project. If I knew then what I know now...👨‍🎓.
Lakeline Park Phase-1 was officially opened in March, 2023. It is a beautiful park that has rapidly become a popular amenity and asset for the City, hosting many, many events🎡💃🕺 and concerts🎸. Phase-1 includes 4 miles of paved trails and 10 acres of athletic fields⚽️🏈🥏🪁 and a great amphitheater👨‍🎤👩‍🎤💃. City Council has recently approved the Master Plan for Phase-2.

TxDOT’s I-35 Capital Express Central: Drainage Tunnel and Pump Station.
Progress continues on pump station and Cesar Chavez segment drainage tunnel. In total there will be nine drop shafts located along the I-35 corridor and one massive pump station located on East Cesar Chavez.

🏗️Length: approximately 6.5 miles
🏗️Depth: 70 to 200 feet
🏗️Diameter: 22-foot diameter tunnels
🏗️Capacity to move 130,000 gallons per minute

📍Targeted Benefits:
✅The pump station will remove trash and some sediment to improve water quality.
✅The tunnel will improve water quality in the Waller Creek tunnel.
✅Provide 350 acres of reduced floodplain east of I-35.
✅Reduce more than 178 acres of runoff currently flowing into the ✅Waller Creek watershed and ease capacity constraints on the Waller Creek tunnel.

New carwash coming to North Austin, specifically the Wells Branch area (2009 Wells Branch)! Freddie Martinez is taking what was once a community eyesore and giving it a complete overhaul to restore it to a top-tier facility.

As you can see in this video, this place was a mess. When I say overhaul, I’m talking ground-up restoration. This footage was shot in early March and reflects its sad state right before Freddie and his team stepped in.

Once finished, this is going to be an absolute gem and a much-needed asset for the neighborhood. Stay tuned for updates! Freddie's is coming!!
