T-Mobile bought US Cellular, and if you were a US Cellular client, you have to go to T-Mobile and get a new Sim Card which is free, otherwise you will probably deal with phone issues.
I was told this by T-Mobile in Cedar Falls Iowa local branch.
If you can't see my post, I assume you never had it updated. 😃
