It's what we say in the biz'... It's what I say at least, and I'm in the biz.
But it's also serious. Cutting a hole and removing soil beneath the slab is an important and effective way to draw radon and create negative pressure beneath the basement floor to remove radon! Also peep that homemade dust collector 😏

Working in Hampton, Iowa today! Ignore the vein across my forehead.. It was hot out and I don't think coffee and Diet Coke are the best for hydration 😂 Whether you need a new mitigation system installed or an upgrade to an existing system, I’d be happy to help!!
It’s recommended to test your home for radon every 2 years. Over time, foundation settling and new cracks in basement floors or walls can create additional entry points for radon and affect how well an older system performs!
