We may not have the pleasure of showing off one of our own homes in this year’s Festival of Homes, but you better believe we’re still dang excited for it. 🙌

We’re cheering on our fellow builders, the subcontractors, suppliers, and everyone behind the scenes who has put in a whole lot of hours to get these homes ready for you to walk through.

And while we don’t have an entry this year, we’re pretty honored to still get to be included in the Festival magazine. ❤️

This industry is built on relationships, hard work, and a whole lot of people coming together to create something pretty incredible. We’re proud to be part of it.

More than 20 years in construction means Brian has worn a lot of hats.

He’s worked concrete. He became a journeyman electrician. He served as VP of a construction company. And today, he owns and operates Tried & True Construction as a general contractor.

A basement with a whole new personality. 👏

From what it was to what it is now, this remodel completely transformed the space and gave these homeowners so much more room to enjoy in their home.

“You don’t gotta go to work…” but this addition isn’t going to build itself. 😏

Still a work in progress, but it is already easy to see how much this new space is going to add to the home. More room, more function, and plenty of progress happening behind the scenes.
