Getting warmed up. 🔥

Tile is one of those details that can completely change a room.

The pattern, the layout, the cuts, the spacing, and how every line carries across the space all matter. When it’s done right, you may not notice why it looks so good. You just know it does.

That level of precision starts long before the grout goes in.

Another custom IronGate space coming together, one tile at a time.

What catches your eye first with tile: the pattern, the color, or the craftsmanship?

How could home automation change your life?

What if your home adjusted the lighting before you even thought about it?

What if the shades, temperature, music, security and lighting all worked together instead of living in separate apps and switches?

That’s the kind of experience we love creating.

Home automation is one of the things IronGate has become especially skilled at delivering, alongside our friends at Jense Automation.

In The Legacy, Josh AI helps bring it all together, creating a home that responds more naturally to the people living in it.

Because luxury is not just about how a home looks.

It’s about how effortlessly it works for you.

If you could automate one thing in your home today, what would it be?

Festival of Homes takes a whole lot more than beautiful homes.

It takes people.

We’re so grateful for the vendors who spent time in our garages throughout the Festival greeting visitors, answering questions, sharing what they do, and helping create such a welcoming experience at both of our homes.

You gave your time, represented your businesses, supported IronGate, and helped thousands of visitors feel welcomed from the moment they arrived.

That kind of partnership matters to us.

Thank you for showing up, being part of the experience, and helping make this year’s Festival such a memorable one.

We couldn’t have done it without you.

The Legacy: Bathroom Edition 🛁

Because apparently even the bathrooms in The Legacy have their own personalities.

Dark and dramatic. Warm wood and stone. Soft neutrals. Moody tile. Floating vanities. Statement lighting. Oversized showers. A soaking tub tucked into a space that feels more like a retreat than a bathroom.

That was the fun of this home. With 8 bathrooms, there was plenty of opportunity to repeat a pattern, but that wasn’t the assignment.

Each one was designed to belong to the room and person it serves, while still feeling unmistakably part of The Legacy.

They interviewed 5 builders before choosing IronGate.

That alone means a lot to us.

But what matters even more is what came after the decision: a smooth building process, consistent communication, a beautiful home, quality construction, and a project completed on time and within budget.

Thank you, Danny and Kathy, for trusting Nate, JR and the IronGate team with your home. Reviews like this are exactly what we want our reputation to be built on.

If you’re considering building in Southern Utah, interview your options. Ask the hard questions. Then choose the team you trust to follow through.

20 homes. 20 opportunities to create something completely unique.

We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition celebrating IronGate Custom Homes’ 20 entries in the Cedar City Area Festival of Homes.

Every one of those homes represents a different family, a different vision, and a different opportunity to bring to life. From our very first Festival home to The Legacy, each one has helped shape who we are as builders.

We don’t take milestones like this lightly. Thank you to the homeowners who trusted us, the incredible craftsmen and trade partners who helped build them, and everyone who has walked through, supported, voted for, and followed our Festival homes over the years.

Here’s to 20 homes, countless memories, and whatever we get to build next. 🏡

Southern Utah hits a little different after dark.

The red rock fades into the background, the sky opens up, the temperatures cool, and home becomes part of the landscape around you.

That is one of the things we love about building here. It is not just about creating a beautiful home. It is about creating a place that you feeling fully alive in.

Space to breathe. Room to gather. Incredible views. Outdoor living that stretches well beyond summer. And nights like this.

The Legacy was designed to make the most of all of it, inside and out.

For those discovering Southern Utah from somewhere else, this is a little glimpse of why people fall in love with living here.

And if Southern Utah is already home, you know exactly what we mean.

We knew The Legacy was special. We did not expect to walk away with 10 awards.

That number still feels a little surreal.

Our man Nate wasn’t able to be there with us for the Festival awards ceremony, but his vision, leadership and commitment to this home were absolutely represented in that room.

We’re incredibly grateful for our IronGate team, every trade partner and vendor who helped bring The Legacy to life, the homeowners who trusted us with something this special, and everyone who came through the home during the Festival.

Ten awards is an incredible honor, and we’re still taking it all in.

So grateful. So humbled. And so proud of what this team created.
