Pat Molnar General Engineering, Inc. is looking for a person with a Class A license, who must have experience with lowbed, end dump, belly dumbp, water truck, dump truck. This is required. This candidate must have an insurable driving record.

This applicant must also have experience operating heavy equipment, for example motor grader, skid steer, bulldozer, loader, etc. Knowledge of grade control technology and plan reading is preferred, but not necessary. Most of the scope of work is done in hot climate and some manual labor could be necessary, this applicant must be willing and able to perform such duties.

The job entails watering, fertilizing, w**ding, spraying w**ds, vermin control and general care of a 14 acre avocado orchard. Feeding cattle during feeding season which usually begins Oct-Nov. This candidate must be able to load hay bales weighing from 100lbs to 120lbs. Knowledge of water lines, fence mending and ATV use is required. Experience with cattle and horses a plus. This person would also be w**d eating and performing miscellaneous duties around the ranch and construction yard. The job consists of 24 hours per week; 8 hour days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
