Built for more than just storage ❤️

• (2) 44” x 42” bale doors

This building was designed as a place for the family to gather, relax, and spend time together while watching their kids ride dirt bikes on their home track.

A great reminder that a post frame building can be more than a garage or storage space, it can become the backdrop for some of life’s best memories.

Built back in 2018, this carriage house style garage was designed to bring new life to a property with a lot of history 👏

The customer’s original garage was once a two-story carriage house before previous owners removed the second floor and lowered the roofline. We helped bring that character back with a new:

• 24 x 34 x 15’ structure
• Scissor trusses
• Full second floor
• Interior liner and insulation in the garage portion
• Vinyl siding exterior

The upstairs space is now used for storage, workout equipment, and entertaining friends over pool matches.

One of the coolest details on this project? The customer repurposed wood from the original garage to create the bale door and storage shelving, keeping part of the old structure alive in the new one.

And yes, we also offer vinyl siding in addition to steel siding options.
