Another Job Completed by JTI Grading LLC!

If you saw our previous post, you know what we were dealing with on this project! Years of buried brush, stumps, and debris had caused the homeowner’s front yard to settle and cave in.

We went in, dug out all the buried material, and got everything back on solid ground!

Here’s the finished product! Another problem corrected and another property looking the way it should!

The cheapest price can sometimes become the most expensive mistake.

What looked like a finished grading job turned into a major problem for this homeowner. Brush and debris were buried beneath the surface, eventually causing the ground to settle and the yard to start falling away along the slope.

JTI Grading LLC was brought in to remove the buried material, correct the grading, and restore the area properly.

Another Stormwater Drainage Project Completed by JTI Grading LLC!

Our crew stepped in to correct an inadequate drainage system that was allowing large amounts of stormwater to flow toward the home. The existing 4-inch pipe was simply not sufficient to handle the volume of water coming through the property.

Our improvements included:

* 260 linear feet of 12-inch stormwater pipe
* New 2’ × 2’ drainage catch basins
* Rock outlets for erosion control and proper water discharge
* Improved stormwater collection and drainage

Another project successfully completed by JTI Grading LLC.

Our team completed two 7,000 sq. ft. building pads, handling the site preparation and grading necessary to get this project ready for the next phase of construction.

Proof rolling the second building pad and getting closer to wrapping up this commercial project. I couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come.
