You can’t tell but the low side of this house was 4’ off the ground when we showed up. Lots of dirt moved and graded. Concrete flat work and cattle guard poured. Drainage and water management plan put in place. Fresh driveway laid. It’s safe to say we helped them take their land back on this one! Give us a call to get on the schedule!

A lot of builders don’t warn new home owners about the massive spoil piles once the house is done. This beautiful new build was a jungle of brush, rocks, and piles. We cleared the cedar to open the views. Excavated slabs of rock for a driveway extension. Used the spoils for a retaining wall to expand the yard and rock crushed the entire area to prep for landscaping. Give us a call to get your new build past the last mile.
