So you have an electrician, but does your business?

At Integrated, we strive to go above and beyond in order to get ahead of future issues you may have. We have set up a fully customizable preventative maintenance program within our service contracts so that we can come out and inspect your business, its building(s), and any electrical systems you would like us to check. This way, we can get ahead of future problems and have them fixed before an emergency arises, and we must try to get things up and working again at the last minute.

If you sign a service contract with us, you will get:

1) Discounted hourly labor rate

2) A trusted electrical company who will learn your building and
its electrical system so there will not be wasted time every instance we go out just to figure out how your system works

3) The option for a preventative maintenance program which can include:

a) Monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, or annual inspections on the electrical systems of your choosing, complete with a report after every inspection detailing any issues we may find or foresee happening.

b) Emergency lighting system functionality testing

c) Regular indoor lighting/switching functionality testing

d) Outdoor lighting, photo cell, and/or time clock functionality testing

e) Proper grounding testing on receptacles

f) Heat testing breakers and equipment connections in order to avoid overloading or breaker failure

g) Generator/transfer switch exercising and testing

h) Ground fault system (personnel protection) functionality testing

i) Any other electrical systems you would like to keep an eye on
