Throwing it back to this sweet little University bungalow's kitchen renovation for the most wonderful clients. What a beauty 🤩

Mod Home has been hard at work the past couple months. We currently have four flip projects underway, three of which are close to hitting the market. We just wrapped a large bathroom renovation for a client in Denver and the Mod Home Primary bath is (finally) back in business and will (hopefully) be complete in time for the holidays 🤞.

Penelope's room makes me so happy. I wanted her space to encapsulate all her favorite things: the color green, sports, her hat collection, her art, art created by her uncle, art brought back from her family's travels, pictures of her cousins and her friends, a place to draw, to read, to play, to relax.

Making our home a place my children feel loved and always want to be in brings me so much joy and heals my childhood wounds. Home is so special.

Transformation time! Some main highlights on our Jamison project that just went under contract:

MAIN FLOOR

• removed walls between dining/kitchen living to expand the kitchen and open up the main floor/opened up the staircase as well
• new engineered hardwood throughout
• removed window and patio door and added pantry cabinets and a sliding door
• fireplace facelift
• updated bathroom
• mudroom addition

2ND FLOOR

• removed bedroom to create a large primary closet and ensuite laundry room
• updated bathrooms
• all new carpet

BASEMENT

• added 2 bedrooms/office and a bathroom

It's a glorious, sun-shiney Friday in Denver and this beautiful, blue bungalow in Platt Park just hit the market!

This was such a fun project getting to revive an early 1900's craftsman home in the heart of Denver's finest city living. We were able to keep the original front door, all the solid wood doors and hardware throughout, that gorgeous trim and those wood floors 😍

This double sided fireplace between our living and dining rooms has lived in my dreams for the past 4 years and this past winter, we finally made it a reality! This cold, snowy spring weather isn't so bad with this thing glowing all day long 🔥

We're working on turning the dining room into a dining/library/greenhouse space. Stay tuned. I may never leave.

We found the fireplace insert on the marketplace for $50 y'all. Dreams can come true!
