42,000 POUNDS of flagstone later… 👀

This backyard transformation was all about creating a natural, finished landscape that feels like it’s always belonged here.

We installed over 42,000 lbs of flagstone, laid new grass, placed large boulders, added trees and plants, and built out fresh flower beds to completely reshape the space.

Big projects are all in the details — from the stone placement to the final trees going in.

🌲 TREE PRICES ARE DROPPING — AND NOW IS THE TIME TO PLANT. 🌳

Fall is one of the best times to plant trees in Colorado, and right now select trees are discounted.

Cooler temperatures + warm soil give new trees a chance to begin establishing their roots before winter — which makes this the perfect time to add:

• Privacy & screening trees
• Shade trees
• Ornamental trees
• New trees for complete landscape projects

Take advantage of end-of-season tree pricing and get them in the ground while the planting window is still open.

Modern Acre can help you select the right trees for your property, source them, deliver them, and professionally install them.

📍 Serving Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker & surrounding areas

Message Modern Acre today for discounted tree availability and installation pricing.

👀It’s all in the details! We elevated this design by adding two flagstone bridges along the walkway.

Large, unique shape boulders also frame rock and mulch beds for a higher end look.
