This week, we were thrilled to welcome the team from Kids Making It, a local nonprofit youth woodworking program dedicated to teaching valuable vocational, entrepreneurial, and life skills to disadvantaged youth. During their visit, we gave the teens a tour and shared some important lessons about bringing determination, curiosity, and a strong work ethic into the workplace.

Our owner, Carter, put it simply: the more you’re willing to learn, the more potential you have to earn. The more you learn, the more value you can bring to your workplace and the customers you serve.
