We got the roof shingled and the house wrap completed yesterday. Window installation has begun, and we’re excited to get the four-way inspection done soon.

Just finished a big bathroom remodel! Check out the before and afters! Added recessed lighting, new toilets with automatic valves, all new automatic fixtures, full tile and Sheetrock, added baby changing station, and new powdercoated partitions. Big project with amazing end results. Cat wait for so many peple on the community to enjoy these newly remodeled bathrooms! Awesome team effort as always with T Kay Construction! 🏡 Another House Update!

We kicked off this build at the beginning of August, and things have been flying ever since! All the interior walls are up, sheeting is complete, and the trusses are set. We’ve also poured the garage and front porch, which makes it all start to feel real.

Next up: roof sheeting, then on to electrical and getting the house wrap on.

Huge thanks to Tyler, McKoy, McKlane, and my dad for all the help—couldn’t have gotten this far without you guys. 💪
