I don't usually do refinishing/painting when it comes to furniture, but this piece came out great! High gloss paint on an ornate chest of drawers. Certainly provided a fun challenge and a learning experience.

A work in progress nearing completion! This table was commissioned by Kelly Mirado and will be shipped down to New York City soon. The center is Maine elm, the sides are golden birch, the accent inlays are purpleheart, and the base is made out of teak and styled after a George Nakashima design. It's shaping up nicely!
