A great transformation has taken place. After repainting the kitchen, replacing the door handles, change countertops, reassembling everything, and remodel the vinyl flooring, I think the result is already something to be proud of! Just a few more small details and we'll have another happy and satisfied customer.

We finished this balcony last week. We had never built a steel balcony here in the USA before. Everything went smoothly, despite some delays waiting for new materials because the items originally ordered didn't fit this specific model. We also had to locate a broken wire today, as the fit was very tight when sliding the LED lights into the posts. Everything worked out well in the end. It’s great to see a happy customer.

The steel balcony is finally finished and ready for use. We started planning it about 14 months ago. We considered options ranging from aluminum to non-combustible wood, but we ultimately secured the building permit once we proposed this non-combustible steel construction system. It is worth noting that aluminum and wood are much easier to work with than steel; with steel, every single screw hole had to be pre-drilled, and the beams could only be cut to length using a metal cut-off saw or an angle grinder. The result is impressive. What do you think?

We renovated the kitchen island, replaced the cabinets, and had Balconi swap out the countertops; we also installed the backsplash. I think it looks fantastic. Thanks to the Balconi team for the top notch seamless work—our client is absolutely thrilled.
Let us know if you have a similar project in mind. We also renovate bathrooms and kitchens to make them accessible for people with disabilities.
