Phase two complete. In this phase we removed and replaced the existing rock, reconfigured the irrigation system to better serve the space, removed outdated plant material, and installed new plants to create a cleaner, more cohesive design.

This week marks 13 years of Chokanis Landscaping. 🌿

While Cole spent his high school years studying, mowing lawns, and learning the value of hard work, 2013 marked the year Chokanis Landscaping officially became a business.

What started with a mower and a commitment to doing things the right way has grown into a family-owned company proudly serving Central Florida. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services, built an incredible team, and had the privilege of helping homeowners and businesses transform their outdoor spaces.

We are especially grateful for our employees—past and present—whose hard work, dedication, and pride in their craft have helped shape Chokanis Landscaping into what it is today. We are also thankful for every customer, referral, friend, family member, and community partner who has supported us along the way.

Your trust and support have allowed us to grow, evolve, and continue doing what we love.

Uneven concrete and cracking had become both a visual concern and a safety issue throughout this walkway. Reno of this sidewalk created a smoother, safer transition through the property while also giving the space a cleaner and more finished overall feel.
