This weekend, remember my dads best friend and Ranger buddy, Nathan.
On 04 January, 2002, Sgt. 1st Class Nathan Ross Chapman, 1st Special Forces Group, was killed by small-arms fire during an ambush in eastern Afghanistan; he was the first American military death from enemy fire in the war against terrorism. Prior to his time in SF, Nate served in A Company, 2/75 Rangers. Never Forgotten. RLTW
