Meet the Team: Dillan

If you’ve worked with us over the past couple of years, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Dillan. His career path is anything but ordinary, from gigging as a professional musician to guiding hunts and owning his own fly-fishing outfit. He is a NCHS and UW alum with a bachelor’s degree in Music-Jazz Studies who joined the 7 Frame’s team in 2024. While Dillan is a versatile craftsman, he has a strong passion for ecological landscaping. He values a team that can divide and conquer and says his teammates would describe him as “solid”. Dillan’s world outside of the job site is filled with hunting, fishing, riding motocross and playing music. While on the jobsite, he is occasionally joined by his loyal Newfie named Nardis who welcomes pets and being told what a good boy he is. His motto is “May we all be well, happy and peaceful. May we be free from hatred, anger, resentment and affliction”.
