We offer any Landscaping Service you can think of: from Sprinklers, Landscape Projects, Lawn Maintenance, and Tree Trimming; all the way to Outdoor Carpentry Work and Projects and also Custom Woodworking and Trim Work inside Homes. In the Winter we offer Snow Removal and whatever other work can be done, weather permitting. When we do a service for you we make sure you get the best possible materials to make sure the skillful work we do will last as long as possible. We hope you take our characteristics into account and hope you choose us to help better the look and function of your Yard! By using Rush Landscaping & Carpentry LLC to perform Work Services for you, you are Agreeing to the following:
*Quote Terms & Conditions:
This Quote is a fixed price bid for the Project(s) stated above. Optional Add-Ons offered by RLC to the Customer and signed and accepted by the Customer, will be added to and is(/are) deemed one with the Quote. The “Quote Total” will equal the “Quote Sub-Total” plus each and every Optional Add-On that is signed and accepted by the Customer. The Customer will correctly write down the “Quote Total”, in accordance with the direct previous statement, in the underlined space next to the “$’ next to the “Quote Total” before they sign and date the Quote. RLC will obtain and keep the original signed Quote and the Customer will receive a picture and/or copy of the signed Quote. A Change Order will occur when the method of labor needs to be changed, when (a part of) the Project(s) is(/are) removed and/or terminated by the Customer, and/or when materials/equipment to be used need to be added, changed, and/or removed. The Customer will keep all pets and their droppings away from the area RLC is performing the Project(s). The Customer will have all of their objects removed from the area RLC is performing the Project(s). The Customer will keep disturbances to RLC to a minimum. Disturbances include directly supervising RLC. The Customer will be charged an additional fee of $32.50 per 15 minutes for disturbances. A separate invoice will be issued to the Customer for disturbance(s) fees. The Customer will communicate with their neighbor(s) about the Project(s) if the Project(s) is(/are) to affect their neighbor(s)'s property. The Customer will resolve all disagreements that may arise from the Project(s) with their neighbor(s). RLC is not liable for damages to sprinkler systems, bushes, trees, and/or any other like objects; if damaged by RLC performing the Project(s). The Customer may ask RLC to provide a new quote to fix the damaged objects for RLC to be compensated. This Quote is complete upon performance once RLC has performed the Project(s) in full and all owed balances plus fees are paid in full by the Customer to RLC. If the Customer would like extra protections, they may ask RLC for a “Work Services Contract”. If the Customer prefers to pay RLC by time and materials, rather than with this fixed price Quote, then the Customer may ask RLC for a “Time & Materials Contract”. RLC will not warranty any workmanship and/or materials without one of the stated above contracts signed by both the Customer and RLC.
*Quote Payment(s) Terms & Conditions:
Payment methods accepted by RLC are cash (physical USD currency), check(s), Venmo, Cash App, and/or PayPal. Payment with cash and/or check is preferred. Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal allow the use of credit cards, plus other digital payment methods. PayPal offers a payment plan option to pay over time. The Customer must request a PayPal invoice be sent to them by RLC in order to pay with PayPal. Once the Customer signs and dates this Quote, they will pay RLC a Materials Acquisition Deposit that equals 50% of the “Quote Total”, to the nearest $10.00 maximum. The Materials Acquisition Deposit pays for RLC to obtain materials for the Project(s). Once the materials are obtained by RLC, the Customer will pay RLC an Installation Deposit that equals 15% of the “Quote Total”, to the nearest $10.00 maximum. The Installation Deposit is a deposit on the labor to be performed for the Project(s). The Customer may choose to also pay RLC the (15%) Installation Deposit when paying the (50%) Materials Acquisition Deposit. The Customer will pay 65% of the “Quote Total” (the Materials Acquisition Deposit and the Installation Deposit), to the nearest $10.00 maximum, before work services will be performed by RLC for the Project(s). The Customer will pay RLC a final payment of the (35%) leftover of the “Quote Total”, plus or minus any Change Order(s) total(s), the moment the Project(s) is(/are) performed in full by RLC. The Customer will incur a late fee charge of the maximum of $28.00 or 4.99% compounding interest if they do not pay their owed balance(s) in full within 1 month from the day/date of RLC performing the Project(s) in full. The late fee(s) will be incurred and accrued every 1 month. RLC will place a lien and/or ensue litigation if all owed balance(s) are not paid in full by the Customer to RLC within 92 days of the day/date of RLC performing the Project(s) in full. The Customer is liable for all costs and fees associated with RLC obtaining their owed balances. All payments are final and no refunds will be given, including overpayments. Payment(s) made by the Customer for owed balances to RLC that are sent to the wrong Location(s) will not be credited as payment(s) made to RLC.
