These gaps between concrete slabs may not seem like a big issue now, but they will allow water to drain down between and underneath the concrete. Over time, that water can wash away the base material that supports the concrete slabs, which can lead to larger cracks, settling, shifting or sinking.

When water gets into these cracks and the temperatures drop, the water expands as it freezes. That expansion causes larger cracks, voids, heaving and quicker deterioration

By sealing these crack and voids, we help keep the water out, protecting the foundation underneath the concrete and extending the life of the driveway. Its preventive maintenance that helps avoid more expensive repairs later.
