We’re hiring at Riley Contracting Group!

RCG is looking for a Project Manager and Project Coordinator to join our team in Cary, NC.

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, with responsibilities including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, estimating, client communication, and project coordination. Commercial construction experience is required, with healthcare construction and Procore experience preferred.

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support, including bid management, contract administration, pay applications, project documentation, and coordination with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Experience with Procore, SmartBid, Sage 300, and Bluebeam is a plus.

Both are full-time, on-site positions. If you’re an experienced construction professional and a team player looking to join an established, Veteran Owned commercial general contractor, we’d love to hear from you.

Project Spotlight: Central Carolina Hospital
Renovating an active Emergency Room is no small undertaking. Riley Contracting Group took on this 12,000-square-foot renovation through an eight-phase construction process, all while Central Carolina Hospital continued providing emergency care 24/7.

From strict infection control protocols to complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, every phase required careful planning and coordination to keep construction moving without disrupting patient care.

The finished project delivers a modernized Emergency Room that supports both patients and the healthcare professionals who care for them. Proud of the people behind the process who helped bring this project across the finish line.

Last week, we got to trade the jobsite for the golf course!

The Riley Contracting Group team had a great time coming together for the 2026 Mike Riley Golf Tournament, enjoying some friendly competition, good company, and a great day on the greens, all while supporting GiGi's Playhouse Raleigh.

We’re grateful for everyone who came out, supported the tournament, and helped make the day a success. A little sunshine, a few good swings, and a whole lot of fun made for a great day!

Completed project spotlight: Center for Medical Education 4th Floor Modernization
Riley Contracting Group recently completed the comprehensive modernization of the entire 19,625-square-foot fourth floor at the Center for Medical Education. What was once an unoccupied space is now a modern, high-performance medical office suite.

Projects like this require more than a fresh interior. Our team coordinated extensive plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, roofing, and structural work, including floor slab coring and the installation of a new dedicated rooftop Air Handling Unit.

From the infrastructure behind the walls to the finishes that bring the space together, every detail was carefully managed to deliver a seamless finished product.
We’re proud to bring our experience and technical expertise to complex healthcare and education projects from start to finish.

Good food, good company, and an even better reason to get together!

Our Riley Contracting Group team recently traded the job site for the kitchen at the Durham Ronald McDonald House, where we prepared and served a home-cooked dinner for families staying there while their loved ones receive medical care. We had a full team effort going! From meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy to green beans and plenty of laughs along the way. It was a great evening of working together, giving back, and spending time with our Riley family.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the Ronald McDonald House and the families they serve. We’re proud to be part of a team that shows up for our community both on and off the job site!
