Great architecture begins with understanding how people live.

When I sit down with a new client, my first questions are rarely about square footage or architectural style. I want to understand what brings their family together, where they find peace, and how they experience their everyday lives.

These conversations are where architecture truly begins.

Understanding how someone moves through their home allows me to think beyond individual rooms and explore how spaces can connect, inspire, and enhance the way they live.

For me, experiential architecture is about creating a home that doesn't just look beautiful in photographs. It about design synergies that solve daily pinch points creatively and with artistry. It's about designing rooflines that are married to the poetry of the interior ceiling design. This muliti-layered design approach is how spaces that feel extraordinary to live are created.

As an architect and my dad is an engineer, we don’t just admire a structure. We analyze it. How was it designed, fabricated, built. We ask, what were the challenges? The Eiffel Tower reminds us what happens when architecture, engineering, craftsmanship, and a seemingly impossible idea come together.

Is the Eiffel Tower your favorite architectural destination in Paris?

Great architecture has a way of making you pause, think, consider. This is what I love about experiencing architecture in person. You notice the details, you consider the story, you ask what story is the building telling me as I wander through its ancient remains.
How did they build it? What can we learn from it today?

What started as a renovation became an opportunity to give this home an entirely new point of view. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, expansive glass, natural stone, warm wood, and bold black detailing bring depth and character throughout. But the transformation goes beyond what you see. It is about how the home is experienced. Light, views, movement, and the connection between spaces were intentionally designed to create moments of discovery and a home that unfolds as you move through it.

What if you could start living in your dream home before it’s even finished?

Phase One of this project was the car museum with an apartment above, giving our clients a beautiful place to live while Phase Two, the main house, comes to life. But this wasn’t designed to feel temporary. From the appliances and cabinetry to the natural stone inspired by their love of blue, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The result is a space that feels personal, polished, and complete.

Sometimes the best way to build your dream home is one thoughtfully designed phase at a time.

What if your bathroom didn’t have to end at the walls?

We designed this space to blur the boundary between indoors and out, extending the bathing experience into a private outdoor shower surrounded by natural light, warm wood, stone, and landscape.

It’s more than a bathroom. It’s a daily ritual designed around how you want to feel in the space.

Custom homes require hundreds of decisions. Left unconnected, they can become a collection of ideas instead of a cohesive design.

Our role was to bring clarity to the process, connecting complex spatial requirements through architecture, interior design, natural light, and a carefully curated material palette.

The result is a home that feels effortless because every decision supports the next.

One of the biggest advantages of thoughtful and detailed architectural planning is clarity early in the process. We call this Vision Discovery.

When clients can fully understand how: the scale, lighting, materials, the flow and the overall experience of the home before construction begins, better decisions get made at each step in the design process.

Not only does this create a more cohesive final result, it eliminates client confusion and helps reduce costly revisions and uncertainty during construction.

The goal of our process is never to create beautiful images. It’s to help clients move through the design with confidence and excitement!
