We couldn't be prouder of our SRU team.
When a fledgling osprey became entangled in netting atop a cell tower in South Elgin, IL, our team didn't hesitate. Partnering with Kane Area Rehabilitation and Education for Wildlife (K.A.R.E.) in St. Charles, we had climbers on site within the hour.
Working carefully at height, our team freed the bird, secured it in a collapsible crate, and lowered it safely to the K.A.R.E team waiting below.
The osprey is now recovering and in good hands. We're grateful for the chance to use our skills to help out in the communities we serve.
