Today's to do list
1. Replace Hot Water Heater
Step a. Remove softner
Step b. Drain the calcium filled HWH (3hrs)
Step c. Disconnect gas, vent and water supply lines from HWH
Step d. Pull out HWH
Step e. Install New HWH
Step f. Connect water (solder new copper and dielectrics in), vent and Gas line
Step g. Install softner
Step h. Test and check for any leaks

All good no leaks and client has hot water again!

Done painting windows and trim white!

Ripped up cement with 14" saw, jack hammered cement out, dug hole 2' deep, filed with high strength cement for some steel work at one of the projects I'll be working on for the next couple of months. Some days the work is back breaking but everyday is different and has its challenges. I enjoy the work!

Removed 5' French doors and built out opening for 4' doors so they wouldn't hit the ceiling when fully opened. Client wanted it done for years. Sand, trim, paint and door hardware to be done later.
