🏗️ From framing to roofline in a matter of weeks.

This new custom home in Chapel Hill is coming together fast, framing's up, siding is going on, and the roof is taking shape.

It's one of our favorite stages to document: watching a house go from lumber to livable.

More progress coming soon.

Griffin didn't need a bigger house. She needed a house that worked better for his family🏡

Full bath updates, a new master suite, and finally... a laundry room. Watch what happens when your home starts working with you instead of against you.

Hear it straight from Griffin!
