🔧 Planning pool work for next spring? Let’s talk this fall.

The off-season is a good time to tackle projects that can be completed before opening season gets busy:

💧 Underground pool plumbing and leak repairs
🔨 Equipment pad and plumbing upgrades
🏊 Vinyl-liner pool renovations, including steps and benches

If you’re already planning deck work or a new liner, this is also the time to discuss replacing older underground lines while the area is accessible. We have room to review fall projects now, with the goal of getting eligible work done ahead of spring.

Serving the South Shore and Plymouth County. Message Crowley Pool Service to tell us about your project, or visit crowleypoolservice.com to get in touch.

🍂 South Shore, MA pool owners: Have you booked your pool closing yet?

Our crew has been busy closing pools over the past several weeks, and we’ll keep working through the fall to get as many pools winterized as possible. With cooler weather on the way and leaves starting to change, now is a good time to get on the schedule.

We still have availability later this season for professional inground and above ground pool closings. 🏊‍♂️❄️

Visit crowleypoolservice.com and head to the Pool Closing section for service information and to reach out about booking.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE FOR NEW SAFETY COVERS

Effective immediately, Crowley Pool Service will no longer install brand-new safety covers purchased or supplied by customers. All new and replacement safety covers must be professionally measured, ordered, supplied, and installed through our company.

This policy does not apply to an existing safety cover that has already been installed on your pool and is being put back on as part of your regular pool closing.

We have recently encountered customers purchasing inexpensive safety covers online and expecting us to assemble and install them during a scheduled closing. Unfortunately, these new covers often:

• Do not properly align with the pool’s existing anchors
• Arrive without the springs or installation hardware attached
• Require significant assembly, adjustment, and tensioning
• Use lower-quality materials than professional-grade covers
• Cannot be covered under our workmanship or product warranty

A new safety cover cannot simply be placed over the pool. It must be correctly measured, assembled, anchored, and tensioned to function safely. An improperly fitted or tensioned cover can create serious safety concerns and may damage the cover, springs, anchors, or pool deck.

When you purchase a new safety cover through Crowley Pool Service, our price includes professional measuring, the correct cover and hardware, spring installation, installation labor, proper tensioning, and assistance with applicable manufacturer warranty issues.

Online covers may appear less expensive, but the lower price often reflects generic sizing, lower-quality materials, and the absence of professional measuring and installation. We cannot accept the liability of installing a new cover that we did not measure, supply, or select, and we cannot provide warranty coverage for customer-purchased products.

Please do not purchase a new safety cover with the expectation that we will install it during your pool closing. If you need a new or replacement safety cover, contact us in advance so we can measure your pool and provide a complete professional quote.

Thank you for your understanding.

Wishing Jack and Owen the best as they head back to college!

They’ve worked hard all summer and have been a huge part of our success this year. We truly appreciate everything you both have done for Crowley Pool Service. Good luck this school year—we’ll miss having you on the team!
