GROWING MORE THAN PLANTS…

At Ground Effects, landscaping is about more than beautiful properties—it’s about sharing knowledge and inspiring the next generation.

VP of Landscape Operations and Sales Luke Hawkins took time to teach a group of young learners the proper way to install a plant. From digging the right-sized hole to setting the plant at the correct depth and gently firming the soil, the kids got a hands-on lesson in how healthy landscapes begin.

Watching their curiosity and excitement was a great reminder that every expert starts by learning the basics. We’re proud of team members who not only excel in their craft but also take the time to educate and engage others in the importance of proper planting practices.

Who knows? We may have inspired a few future landscapers that day! 🌿👷‍♂️

Shoutout to our May employee of the month Randy!!!

Over the last month Randy has really stepped up in a big way earning the responsibility of driving a truck and trailer, running his own crew and passing our in house plant identification test!
It’s great to see the hard work, willingness to learn and leadership continue to grow. We appreciate the hard work Randy puts in everyday and are excited to see what’s next for him!
