While most people are thinking about lake days, vacations, and backyard BBQs, June looks a little different around here 😅

🚚 Trucks getting loaded before most people have finished their first cup of coffee

📱 Phones ringing with "My AC was working yesterday..." calls

❄️ Air conditioners getting their first real test of the season

🥤 Technicians powered by a carefully balanced diet of iced coffee, Diet Coke, energy drinks, and sheer determination

🌡️ Weather forecasts becoming required reading

🛠️ Long days helping homeowners stay cool and comfortable

📅 Schedules filling up faster than a Minnesota patio on the first 80° day

And despite our best efforts, somebody is still going to try cooling their house from 85° to 68° in about 20 minutes... 😂

June is when things really start to heat up in the HVAC world, and we're grateful for our incredible team that keeps showing up, working hard, and taking care of our customers every day.

A huge thank you to Encore Heating and Air for sponsoring her journey from a Spot's Last Stop Canine Rescue dog to a future Believet service dog in training. Through our sponsorship program, Encore chose a name inspired by their industry and the amazing team behind their business.

While her name may have changed, our mission remains the same: helping provide life-changing service dogs to veterans in need. Every sponsorship, donation, and auction bid helps us continue training incredible dogs like Furnie to one day make a lasting impact in the life of a veteran.

Encore has had so many reasons to celebrate lately but we certainly won’t leave this one out! Happy 1 year anniversary to Kaitlyn! We’ve been blessed to have her knowledge and dedication in getting the Encore office built up from paper files and Jon answering all phone calls with a schedule in his head to electronic records, a multi-tech and team schedule, a new CRM, multiple phone lines, a fleet of vehicles and SO much more!!!
