The Depot welcomes a wide range of newcomers displaying their work at “The Wild Life: Art Celebrating the Outdoors and Outdoorsmen” this Saturday, September 19! We hope you will stop by and take a look at their creations!

Meet hunting buddies and craftsmen: Hunter Clemons and Alex Dobrinski.
Hunter Clemons has always had a passion for the outdoors and now has put his creativity and knowledge of wildlife to use in his own business: Built To Kill game Calls, a line of his own beautifully hand-crafted turkey calls which will be on display at the exhibit.

Alex Dobrinski is a life long duck hunter, and has been in the custom cabinet business and wood working for over 20 years. Combining the two passions he creates one of a kind, hand turned, custom duck calls.

Putting some final touches on the upcoming show at the Depot for Saturday’s event, “The Wild Life: Art celebrating the Outdoors and Outdoorsmen and I thought you might like to meet the folks who created the works on display! We hope you will stop by the Carthage Junction Depot to take a look at what talented folks like these have contributed!

Meet the Artist: Scott Clemons

“I grew up hunting and fishing. Being in the outdoors has always been a way for me to relax and get away. I got into lure making to create lures that you can't buy in the store. There is something about tricking a fish into biting something you created. Airbrush painting is fun and it allows me to create new color patterns.”

See his work this Saturday at the Carthage Junction Depot. This event is free and open to the public from 10-4, September 19.
