Built on Integrity. Driven by Safety. Committed to Results.

At Trendsetter Construction, it’s our people that make the difference. Our talented teams show up every day ready to solve problems, adapt to change, and deliver - even on massive projects like this West Texas 60-acre oil & gas facility site.

This project went through multiple design and scope changes, requiring re-grading, resequencing, and field redesigns as plans evolved. Despite those challenges, our crews stayed focused, coordinated with engineering, and still delivered the site ahead of schedule.

From design-build site work to facility construction for compressor stations, amine plants, and processing plants, our teams take ownership and get it done safely and efficiently.

We’re proud to serve Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi - and even prouder of the people who make it happen.

As part of our continued commitment to strengthening Trendsetter’s culture, we are proud to recognize our November T.H.I.S. Award winners. These individuals were selected from 27 positive observations submitted across our projects and departments. Each one exemplifies what it means to live out our core values of Teamwork, Honesty, Integrity, and Safety.

🔴 TEAMWORK – Gary Byrd & Bobby Shapley
Gary and Bobby demonstrated outstanding teamwork while clearing and burning brush in challenging windy and smoky conditions. Their proactive communication and coordinated fire watch prevented spot fires and helped maintain a safe, productive jobsite.

🔴 HONESTY – Kevin Matuz
Kevin immediately reported a cracked window discovered during protective work near a Kinder Morgan facility. After confirming the damage was pre-existing, his transparency and prompt communication earned appreciation directly from the client and reinforced Trendsetter’s reputation for honesty and accountability.

🔴 INTEGRITY – Carlos Herrera
Carlos stepped up to lead his first project, completing it ahead of schedule. His initiative, organization, communication, and commitment to doing things right without being asked, sets a strong example of leadership and integrity.
