ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED! 🗂️

Looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to help keep our construction office running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, good with communication, and can stay on top of multiple tasks. We are looking for someone who can grow into a long term role within the company.

💰 PAY: 18-22$/hr (based on experience)
🕒 HOURS: Part-time (2–3 days per week)
📍 LOCATION: Office based in Southern Pines, NC

📌 REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Strong organization and communication skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, invoicing, etc.)
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on schedule
✔️ Dependable and professional
✔️ Prior office/admin experience is a plus (but willing to train the right person)

🗂️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assist with scheduling, client communication, organizing job files, handling invoices and paperwork, and supporting day-to-day office operations for both remodeling and new construction projects.

Looking for a hardworking, dependable worker to join our remodeling and new construction team. If you're not afraid of heights and want to learn multiple trades, this job is for you!

💰 PAY: $ 18-22/hr (based on experience)
⏳ HOURS: 40 hours/week (Weekends available but optional)
📍 LOCATION: Moore County, NC and surrounding areas
🚗 REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Must have a valid NC Driver’s License
✔️ Must be able to show up on weekdays (weekends optional)
✔️ Experience in remodeling or carpentry is a HUGE plus

🔨 WHAT WE DO: You’ll never be bored! We handle roofing, carpentry, tile, siding, painting, cabinets, showers, and more—a great opportunity to learn different phases of construction.

For a quick progress update we started this garage addition in 7 Lakes and have been steam rolling with getting the slab poured, building framed up, stripped the old entire roof and re-roofed the entire home, roughed electric in and installed our Hardie board in 2 1/2 weeks. Proud of the guys in this weather we’re having and look forward to this build taking shape within the next few weeks to follow with drywall, paint and garage door. 🤘
