Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience on Commercial Drywall Projects.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Ability to represent organization in a professional manner at all levels

Coordinate manpower, materials, to install projects in a safe and productive manner.

Brasington Bailey Construction, Inc is currently interviewing for an entry level assistant accounting professional/ office admin to work in our Cartersville Office. The position supports the Office Manager and Construction project teams with the payroll, accounting and billing process. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assemble, Review, Verify and Prepare time sheets for entry into payroll system.
• Enter reviewed material invoices, subcontractor pay applications and miscellaneous invoices into accounting software
• Request, obtain, and track log of valid W-9s, insurance certificates, business licenses for vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers/Office Manager in preparing accurate monthly billings on a timely basis
• Answer phones
• Maintain Inventory of Office Supplies
• Additional miscellaneous duties to support office manager needs may be assigned.
• Hours are M-F, 8 am-5 pm

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks Preferred
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written
• Proven success working in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Reliable and Dependable
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Background Check and Pre-hire Drug Testing Required.
