Shoutout to my dad for stepping in and making this project come to life. We (he) filled in two ruts with a dirt/sand mix while I removed shrubs and started prepping the area for the new install. I insisted on adding more but in the end, I had to go with the recommendations of the professional.

Looking to remove this property from my workload. It’s located in Acworth about 2 miles from the Hwy 41 flea market. She’s a weekly client and pays on time. This is the only property that I have in the area. Pm if interested.

I am a part time lawn service provider and I’m terrible at getting “content” but for those of you that do this full time, I feel your pain. This is a biweekly client that refuses to pay for weekly service (at discounted rate) or overgrowth cleanup. I mowed this lawn twice and this is the result. My weekly clients are able to take advantage of a free separate service because they are weekly and their lawns take less time to complete. Am I wrong for leaving the overgrowth?

(Separate services consist of either edging (if not already included or perimeter w**d killing)

Anyone know where I can find some fill dirt? (Pics for attention).

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on my business account, so let me give you all little background on how I got started in the Lawn Care Industry…….

Six years ago I purchased a zero turn mower for personal use. A few months later a friend of mine asked I could mow an elderly woman’s lawn because she was having trouble find affordable lawn care. I agreed to take on her lawn at a rate much lower than what she had paid in the past and that’s where this story began.

Fast forward to the next season….

The next season I had 4 elderly clients who were depending on me to service there lawns at rates that they were happy to pay…

I have structured this business to cater to fixed income and single income households because I am aware of the difficulties that these individuals face at times. I grew this business to over 20 plus clients in 2 seasons but decided to decrease my clientele by half 2 years ago due to a career change. As I often say “I’m not in this business to get rich but I have to make a small profit to maintain the equipment that provides service for those in need”.

I don’t mind being the $50 man because sometimes that all some have to give.

If you know of anyone that needs a helping hand, pm me and let’s see what we can do to help!!!
