Post Brothers Earthworks is seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish in the grading and sitework industry.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for grading, excavation, and site development projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field crews
• Oversee projects from bid to completion, ensuring quality and timelines are met
• Track project budgets, change orders, and schedules
• Visit job sites as needed to monitor progress and verify quantities
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in grading, civil construction, or sitework estimating and management
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, and site preparation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with computer-based estimating tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
