NOW HIRING: Assistant Granite Installer
Location: Cartersville, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Off Weekends)
Start Date: July 13, 2026
*Starting Pay Rate: Paid Weekly $20-25/hr depending on experience, skill level, and pay history. *Paid vacations and paid holidays after 6mo. Pay raises offered; determined by reliability & quality of workmanship.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the countertop industry, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be customer service oriented. W2 position, social security & valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities:
- Create custom countertop templates
- Lift and install granite, marble, and quartz countertops
- Create quality color-matched countertop seams / joints
- Perform field cutting, shaping, and polishing as needed
- Sink plumbing (disconnects only)
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load, unload, and safely handle countertop materials
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in countertop fabrication and/or installation (verifiable references) *
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license & social security
- Drug free workplace (annual testing)
