Happy 2026 to everyone, we hope it's going well so far! We are back from taking a few weeks off and are replying to everyone's emails. We have a few changes going forward that'll help streamline our process and decrease production times. Most importantly, we will be implementing a minimum of twelve hats per order. We've avoided doing this from the beginning, but a few issues have plagued us over time by not doing it. Mainly, since we've never charged any fees for designing artwork or fixing a logo, people will inquire about a single hat, have us design the artwork (for free) and take our design, and have it made elsewhere. Another issue we've had a few times is people inquiring about a hat with poor quality artwork, usually where the original designer would not release a high-quality file prior to payment and getting us to convert it with our software for free. We've spent up to eight hours designing artwork for a single hat order, and in the end, someone on Etsy gets the order to save a few bucks. This takes away time from completing orders for our paying customers, and it just isn't fair to them. We hoped to never have a minimum, but a few bad apples can ruin it for everyone.
