Job Opportunity: Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented, multi-tasking pro with a passion for organization? We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly, from customer communication to accounting.

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
* Manage scheduling and dispatching multiple technicians at once
* Handle accounting and bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
* Process payroll in a timely manner
* Respond to customer reviews and maintain a positive company image
* Write personalized thank-you notes to clients
* Take care of referral customer gifts and special requests
* Assist with various office tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Proficient in QuickBooks & Excel
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written)
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* A positive, professional attitude and a keen eye for detail
* Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
* Previous experience with RingCentral and Housecall Pro is a plus
* Must be proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
