General information
Developed in 2012, OSCA’s Workforce Development Department was established to provide safety training to meet the employment needs of contractors and owners of the petrochemical and construction industries by bridging the gap that exists between the employer and workforce. OSCA WFD also performs outreach, recruitment, and pre-screening for refinery owners and contractors to refer well-suited applicants. Students are provided job placement services in various safety positions for industry-leading contractors.
