Yesterday was AMAZING!! We delivered another beautiful steps to a beautiful family in Ignacio, CO. What started out as an order gone WRONG, Rude customers who accused my dad and I of being thieves…also told us to “go be hard up about the money” whatever that means…horrible words from an older gentleman and his wife, gave them back their deposit…told him have a good day and left it. Then I thought…Man, we’re out of this…we lost money & time. Less than 2-weeks this customer said she was happy and excited…she wanted them steps and will PAY whatever to get them delivered to her house. We DONT TAKE ORDERS for certain steps, but we did and she didn’t try to low ball us she paid what was asked. Which is SO APPRECIATIVE!!! She ordered 3 total and said she loves my dad. Thankful that no Matter what started GOD FINISHED IT with a blessing. We didn’t argue with the other customer we just moved on and continued.

Good Morning!! ☀️ today were headed to Ignacio to deliver some steps to an amazing couple who came through and ordered 3 total from Wero Custom Creations…and DIDNT ASK FOR A DISCOUNT👍🏾some people even say “that’s too much!” Or “It look’s refurbished” or “I don’t like that color” or “why can’t you give discounts” well let me tell you WHY??

✅Dad is 82 years old and still works like he’s in his 30’s. This is HIS BUSINESS, HIS DESIGN, HIS WAY OF MAKING EXTRA MONEY 💰
✅All material is bought and CUT TO SIZE, ASSEMBLED AND PAINTED. 1-STEP takes at LEAST 1-2 weeks to make from start to finish. And also depends on weather. He doesn’t have Help, but now he will. We hired a new guy…👍🏾
✅Dad works on these steps BY HIMSELF and does his best in all kinds of weather. But finishes the job and it’s BEAUTIFUL!!!

😎Sooo! The next time you ask for a “DISCOUNT or you try to LOW ball or you have the audacity to say it’s refurbished or TOO EXPENSIVE…” then feel free to MAKE YOURSELF! I’m tired and I get annoyed when people say these steps are basic or ugly…move on and find something else you’ll end up paying DOUBLE. Keep your rudeness and rude comments to yourself!! This is why I NOW ASK FOR DEPOSITS! Now, VETERANS will get a discount…Overall I’m sorry to say this on social media but since everyone reads and believes everything on here I just thought I place my concerns here. PLEASE BE KIND & REMEMBER DAD IS 82 & works for what he and ma needs…He doesn’t sit and wait for money to come to him…HE GETS UP AND MAKES THAT MONEY💰

Hello!! 👋 sorry we haven’t posted in awhile! We’ve been busy making and selling these awesome steps I make. Orders coming in, THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING AND PURCHASING FROM A SMALL NAVAJO VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS. God is good!

At the beginning of July I had an order come in, my daughter was a confused and thought it was a regular steps but it wasn’t. I still made and yes I fell behind on time, my family and I went camping ⛺️ it was July 4th weekend so I enjoyed my weekend. Some issues were brought up and customers were angry. They accused us of stealing and so on. We don’t take “Special Orders” and yes we accept fault for that…but FALSE ACCUSATIONS and being IMPATIENT won’t help you. We refunded the deposit, even tho our posts says DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. I was out $400 on these steps. Over the weekend an awesome couple from Pagosa Springs, CO Bought and paid full price for the steps! Now I’m making a set for her other door. This is my last special order. Please don’t ask, I won’t do it anymore.

The steps I make are from scratch. I have used one measurement, one size and one paint color. Yes I REQUIRE A DEPOSIT because I’ve been lied too. We also charge a delivery fee…Gas and price of materials aren’t cheap. I just want to extend a GRATEFUL APPRECIATION AND THANK YOU TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS. We look forward to meeting NEW CUSTOMERS and making quality steps for you.

All steps are made with 2x4s from Home Depot, Lowe’s (Douglas Fire). He does NOT stain the steps unless requested. He uses water resistant Paint. These are 33 inches from the ground to the landing. They measure 4ft WIDE; 8 FT LONG & 6FT HIGH. These steps are not refurbished. They are built from scratch. These steps can also come UNPAINTED. All ORDERS REQUIRE A $250 deposit & Balance due in CASH when delivered or picked up. NO PAYMENTS…And please don’t message saying “IS THIS AVAILABLE?” I will NOT RESPOND, SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
